Britain's Next Top Model Mania

How could the judges possibly give Jade 3rd place when she produces a picture this good!? I'm pretty sure they were all intoxicated at the time. Anyway, this picture is absolutely stunning, the way the dress flows and jade's elegance fuse perfectly to create a high fashion image I can see in any magazine! She was meant to be a dancer and she looks like a dancer, tall and poised. Plus I don't think she looks thin in this picture she looks quite healthy in my opinion! So there's no other person tmy last "Pic of the Week" could go to than Jade, she should have won but I think it's a safe bet she'll have a great career as a model anyway!

I have to totally disagree with the judges this week and say Mecia's was my favourite photo. I just love her body positioning, how it's twisted just like a tango dancer. I think her face looks stunning aswell, there's a lot of mystery but she's giving great eye contact. Finally, I like how she's working WITH the male model, not away from him like Ashley, they're connected! She may have not been the best on set but this photo deserves at least a second call out.

This is the 5th 'Pic of the Week' and it's the 3rd time Jade has appeared in this section. You probably all think I'm only picking her because she's my favourite contestant but this week she truly did have the best picture. Just look at those ice blue eyes! This is perfect for a skin care ad and she doesn't even look worried that there's a lack of air. Finally, I don't think Jade's picture looks fake, the glow on her skin looks natural (unlike Mecia's) and her eyes don't look photoshopped (unlike Sophie's).

Sorry for this very late pic of the week, time just seems to be flying by at the moment! Anyway, this week wasn't hard to pick a favourite picture, once again Jade stole the show. As soon as I heard it was a beauty shot I knew Jade would be a first call out. Her piercing blue eyes captivate the camera and she looks so beautiful. To be honest she doesn't really have to do much to get an amazing picture, she's striking as it is and all the photographers love her quirky beauty. I'm not sure I would go as far as Huggy and say this is better than Kate Moss, but Jade's definitely giving her a run for her money!

As much as I hate to admit it, Viola definitely had the best picture out of a bad bunch this week! I love how long her legs look, and she looks just like a glamorous film star. The facial expression is a little "piggy" but I quite like it. It's almost as if she's saying "That's it, take all the pictures you want!" to the paparazzi. But then of course we come to the bad points...her shoulder's covering her neck and she's a bout five seconds away from doing a Britney Spears (flashing her lady parts for the whole world to see!). Overall this isn't a too bad picture as she's really showing off the shoes, but it's still not up there with Jade and Daisy's Pics' of the Week.

This week I have to say that a lot of the pictures the judges didn't like I loved. For example, Daisy's, sure she looked a bit stiff but she had amazing eye contact and elegance! However, once again I agree with the judges this week that the best photo was definitely Jades. She looks like a water goddess and those piercing eyes simply captivate you! I also love how simple the pose is yet the whole picture still looks very elegant. On a downside I think the prominent hip bone is quite distracting, but obviously that's something she can't help so it doesn't really ruin the photo. If Jade carries on giving editoial shots like this one I can see a rival for Daisy...

There's definitely no better picture to start my new segment on this website than Daisy's "Nordic Queen" photo. The judges got it so right this week! She looks classy, elegant, stunning and most of all ten feet tall! She pulls off that head piece like it's something she wears on a regular basis, and that arch in the foot, everything about this picture screams high fashion! Even the slight resemblance in her face to "Claudia Winkleman". Finally, to add even more dynamics to this already gorgeous image the setting is simply stunning. Blue skys and snow, what more could we want? If Daisy takes more pictures like this the position of Britain's Next Top Model is definitely hers!
